STORYBOARD AND SCRIPT WRITING
Based on our discussions, we create a detailed storyboard and script (if required). These documents serve as a blueprint for the shoot, outlining every scene and shot to ensure nothing is overlooked.
 
QUOTATION AND APPROVAL
Once the storyboard and script are finalised, we provide you with a quote for the project. After your approval, we move forward with scheduling the shoot days.
 
SHOT LIST AND SHOOT DAY PREPARATION
We prepare a shot list that covers all the necessary footage for your video. This list guides the shoot day, ensuring we capture everything needed efficiently and effectively.
 

SHOOT DAY

On the day of the shoot, our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary gear, including cameras, drones, lighting, and microphones. We work closely with you to ensure everything on the shot list is captured perfectly, making adjustments as needed to achieve the best results.

POST PROCESSING AND EDITING

After the shoot, we head back to our office for post processing and editing. Here’s what you can expect:

MUSIC LICENSING

We select a music track that compliments your video and aligns with the brief. All our videos come with a music license, ensuring your content is ready for public use.

VIDEO EDITING AND ANIMATION

Our editing process includes cutting, colour correction and necessary animation. This could involve on screen call outs with text or logos, animated text, boundary lines and other visual enhancements to make your video stand out.

REVIEW AND FEEDBACK

Once the initial edit is complete, we upload the video to our platform and provide a link for you to review. You can share this link with your team and leave comments directly on the video. We offer up to three rounds of amendments to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

FINAL DELIVERY
