Last month, the Photos.co.uk team headed to Leeds for UKREiiF 2025 – the UK’s leading real estate investment and infrastructure forum. Working alongside Harworth Group, we were commissioned to capture the full scale and energy of their presence throughout the week.
SETTING THE SCENE
Arriving on-site early Monday, we began filming the pavilion setup, documenting the behind-the-scenes preparation as Harworth’s team geared up for one of the UK’s most significant property events. This included time-lapse sequences of the space coming to life, creating dynamic content to showcase the team’s effort and planning.
CAPTRUING THE ACTION
From Tuesday to Thursday, we were embedded in the Harworth pavilion capturing:
PANEL SESSIONS hosted by Harworth, filmed using a static multi-camera setup with high-quality audio
SOUNDBITES and pieces to camera from panellists, industry guests and Harworth team members
EXTERNAL NETWORKING EVENTS, documenting the conversations, collaborations and connections being made
DELEGATE ACTIVITY in and around the pavilion, highlighting branding, signage, and the buzz of UKREiiF
Using a blend of static camera, roaming gimbal rigs, timelapse, hyperlapse, and wireless mic setups, we ensured we had complete coverage of every moment worth sharing.
