THE BRIEF
Following the completion of Omega 420, a brand new 420,000 sq ft logistics facility at Omega West in Warrington, the team at Photos.co.uk were asked to provide a full suite of marketing imagery ready for launch. The brief was to create a striking and versatile set of professional visuals that captured the scale, quality, and readiness of the building, suitable for use across online platforms, brochures, and investor presentations.

Our completion photography package at Omega 420 included:
AERIAL DREON PHOTOGRAPHY: Capturing the full footprint of the development and its impressive logistics location just off J8 of the M62.
INTERNAL PHOTOGRAPHY: High-resolution images showcasing the expansive warehouse space, high-spec offices, and fit-out ready interiors.
EXTERNAL PHOTOGRAPHY: Wide-angle and detailed shots of the façade, yard space, loading bays, and approach roads.
POST-PRODUCTION EDITING: All images were fully colour graded, retouched, and optimised for web and print.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Timing was critical. With the warehouse completed and ready for market, we coordinated the shoot around a clear-weather window to ensure sharp, vibrant exteriors and dynamic drone footage. Good weather isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s a vital part of producing polished, professional images that sell the space.
THE OUTCOME
The final image set gave our client a powerful visual toolkit to support marketing across their portfolio. The aerial views demonstrated site scale and accessibility, while the internal and external shots reflected the quality of finish and immediate occupation readiness.
The Omega 420 visuals now feature across Indurent’s website, in presentations to potential occupiers, and as part of ongoing marketing efforts.
