At Photos.co.uk, we recently had the pleasure of capturing a newly refurbished 324,000 sq ft warehouse—previously occupied by Wiggle—now available to rent. Our team produced a high-impact drone fly-through video to help market the space, offering potential tenants a seamless visual tour from the sky to the shop floor.
SHOWCASING SPACE, SCALE AND SPEC
The video begins with a dramatic exterior drone shot, pinpointing the building’s strategic location and excellent transport links. From there, we transitioned into a one-take interior fly-through—navigating smoothly through the vast warehouse area, modern reception, spacious canteen, open-plan offices and multiple upper floors. Our bespoke drone system allowed us to create a continuous, stabilised journey that captures the true scale and functionality of the space.

To enhance clarity and viewer engagement, the video included on-screen callouts and motion graphics aligned with the client’s brand guidelines—colours, fonts and design elements all carefully matched. These annotations highlight key features throughout the building and help viewers understand layout, capability and usage potential.
THE FINAL CUT
The fly-through concludes with a return to the air—highlighting the ample yard space, parking facilities and overall site layout with exterior aerial footage.
