Creating high-quality marketing materials for industry units is one of the most sought-after services we offer at Photos.co.uk. These shoots require a seamless blend of preparation, technical skills, and creativity to showcase the assets of these warehouse spaces effectively. Here’s what’ you can expect on a shoot booked with Photos.co.uk:

STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION AND DISCUSSION OF BRIEF

The process starts when a client reaches out to us. Together, we discuss their needs, whether they require photography, videography, or even a virtual tour of the warehouse. Understanding the client’s goals helps us tailor our approach and ensure we capture the warehouse in the best possible light.

STEP 2: BOOKING AND PREPARATION

Once we’ve finalised the requirements, the shoot is booked for the next available date. Weather conditions play a crucial role, particularly for external and drone shots, so we closely monitor forecasts. The client grants us access to the warehouse on the selected day, ensuring everything is ready for us to get started.

STEP 3: ARRIVAL AT SITE AND RECCE

On the day of the shoot, our team arrives and performs a recce (reconnaissance) of the site. This allows us to evaluate the space and identify the best angles and lighting conditions for both internal and external shots. If necessary, we’ll open the warehouse doors to bring in more natural light or access specific angles for our shots.

STEP 4: CAPTURING EXTERNAL AND DRONE CONTENT

External shots are typically captured when the sun is at its best. Using a combination of ground-level photography and drone footage, we ensure that the warehouse is portrayed with maximum visual impact. The drone provides unique, aerial views that are particularly valuable for larger sites, offering a perspective that ground shots simply can’t match.

STEP 5: INTERNAL SHOTS AND DYNAMIC ANGLES

Inside the warehouse, we capture a mix of wide-angle shots to showcase the scale and layout of the space, as well as close-ups of specific features. To create a visually engaging set of images, we experiment with dynamic and interesting angles, ensuring that every aspect of the building is displayed at its best. We capture every area of the unit, including office spaces, staff rooms and reception areas.

STEP 6: POST PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

After the shoot, the team head back to the office for post-processing. We meticulously edit the images to enhance the lighting, colours, and overall quality. Within a few days, the final edited images are ready, and we send a download link to the client, allowing them to easily access their new marketing materials.

At Photos.co.uk, our top priority is providing the best possible experience for our clients. We understand that running a business is time-consuming, so we aim to make the process as seamless and efficient as possible. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of edited images, we handle every step with precision and care. We value clear communication, ensuring that clients are kept in the loop, and we work hard to meet deadlines so that your marketing materials are ready when you need them. By delivering high-quality results quickly and efficiently, we help you focus on what matters most—running your business.
